Construction Laborer
Swimming Pool Construction combines multiple skill sets including: PVC plumbing, rough framing, rebar installation, shotcrete, concrete flatwork, tile setting and stonework. If you have experience with any of the following skills or would like to learn any of these skills, we would love to talk to you about a CAREER in the field of swimming pool construction. No Experience is necessary, we are willing to train.
- Blueprint reading
- Site layout
- Proper use of hand tools and power tools
- Operate skid loader, excavator, and/or other construction equipment
- CDL is not required, but is a bonus
- Plumbing with schedule 40 and schedule 80 pipes
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Shotcrete installation
- Shaping concrete
- Rebar installation
- Tile installation
- Coping installation

Service Technician and Service Technician Assistant
The repair and maintenance of swimming pools encompasses multiple skillsets including:
- Pvc plumbing
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Gas and electric heater repairs
- General equipment repairs and replacements
- Tile & plaster repairs
If you are mechanically inclined, have experience or would like to learn these skills, we would love to talk to you about a Career in the field of swimming pool repair. No experience is necessary, we are willing to train.
- Applicant must be able to pass a physical and drug test.

Construction Field Internship
Neuman Pools Inc., an industry leader specializing in the design and construction of aquatic facilities is seeking a motivated intern to join our team that builds fun. We are looking for a hardworking, passionate student wanting to further their knowledge in the construction industry by gaining field experience and learn about the aquatic construction industry.
The Field Intern supports the construction team in all aspects of project management while learning construction industry processes, procedures, and management skills. Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, this position will provide field oversight to ensure the project is safely constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Assist Superintendents with supervision of subcontractors onsite to ensure work is completed accurately, safely and to our quality standards
- Assist with developing, updating, and tracking construction schedule
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Assist with maintaining jobsite paperwork (daily logs, drawings, photos) via project management software (Viewpoint Team)
- Coordinate punch list work with subcontractors
- Enforce all jobsite safety requirements
- Attend project progress meetings with field personnel and subcontractors
- Assist with creating progress reports
- Help maintain a clean and orderly jobsite.
- Create a positive and professional relationship with employees, owners, vendors, contractors
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Willingness to travel (out of state)
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Bluebeam
- BIM experience a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have valid driver license and safe driving record
- Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
